The successful bidder will have to complete the work by the intended completion days specified
above as per the drawing under this amount.
2. Technical Bid (Envelop) will contain:-
a. Qualification Criteria: The bidder shall provide qualification information which
shall include:-
i. The contractor should have completed similar civil work in the last three years ending 31/12/2018
i. One work order for Rs. 28,34,400 or above.
or
ii. Two work orders for Rs. 14,17,200 or above.
or
iii. Three work orders for Rs. 11,33,760 or above
or
iv. Self attested copies of work completed may be enclosed
b. Income tax clearance certificate from the concerned IT Circle, for last three years
ending 31.03.2019 self certified.
c. Copies of Balance sheet, profit & loss A/C for the last three years ending 31/03/2019
self certified.
d. Details of any litigation, current or during the last 3 years in which the bidder is
involved the parties’ concerned and disputed amount in each case.
3. Financial Bid (Envelop)
a. The contract shall be for the whole works as described at Sr.No1 above, drawings
and technical specifications. Corrections, if any, shall be made by crossing out,
initialing, dating and re writing.
b. All duties, taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract shall
be included in the total price.
c. The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and
shall not be subject to adjustment on any account.
d. The rates should be quoted in Indian Rupees only in figures and in words
4. Submission of Quotations
a. The bidder is advised to visit the site of works at his own expense and obtain all
information that may be necessary for preparing the quotation.
b. Each bidder shall submit only one quotation.
c. The quotation submitted by the bidder shall comprise the following:-
i. Technical bid in separate envelope containing documents given at Sr.
No.2 above
ii. Financial bid in separate envelope containing documents given at Sr. No 3
above
Note: Price should not be indicated in the Technical bid otherwise the bid will be
rejected
5. The bidder shall seal the technical bid envelope and financial bid envelope in a
bigger envelope addressed to:

Quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribed with words
“QUOTATION FOR CIVIL WORKS”.
6. Validity of Quotation
Quotation shall remain valid for a period not less than 60 days after the last date
specified for submission.
7. Information relating to evaluation of quotations and recommendations for the award
of contract shall not be disclosed to bidders or any other persons not officially
concerned with the process until the award to the successful bidder is announced.
8. Technical bid envelops of all parties will be opened first and those parties who will be
meeting technical criteria and confirm to terms and conditions, specifications and
drawings without internal deviations. Their price bid will be opened later on.
9. Award of contract
The contract will awarded to the bidder whose quotation will be determined to be
substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price and
who meets the specified qualification criteria.
i. Notwithstanding the above, the Project Head, TEQIP-III, Dr. SSBUICET
reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations and to cancel the bidding
process and reject all quotations at any time prior to the award of contract.
ii. The bidder whose bid is accepted will be notified of the award of contract by
the TEQIP-III Office prior to expiration of the quotation validity period.
10. Terms and Method of Payment
Payment shall be made in Indian Rupees as follows:
a. 90% payment of work order will be made on the submission of bill in all respect
after deducting TDS.
b. 10% payment will be made after three months from the date of completion of
work that amount will remain as performance security with TEQIP –III Office.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

You are hereby requested to furnish performance security for an amount of Rs.

the letter. The Performance Security in the form of Bank guarantee or a Bank draft in favour
