Purity Brewing Co. prides itself on eco-friendly brewing. For every pint of beer brewed, 2 ¾ pints of water are wasted throughout the brewing process. We make sure this water gets back to nature...

The liquid waste goes through nine stages ranging from ponds, ditches, a reed bed and a weir before being discharged as pure water. As it flows through the course and is filtered and cleaned, the effluent feeds Willow and Alder trees, provides food for insects and helps green algae and other aquatic plants re-oxidate. The natural treatment system has developed into a wildlife sanctuary. Purity is a keen supporter of the initiative to reduce food miles in the supply chain. All Purity beer bottles are made of re-usable glass; its surplus grain is recycled for feed for the animals on the farm and hops are used for fertilising. The whole team contributes by actively recycling office waste where possible, particularly paper and plastic.

Pure UBU, pronounced OO-BOO, is named after our faithful/feared canine friend UBU, protector of our secrets.

Pleasurably balanced and full in flavour, UBU 4.5% ABV is a premium and full flavoured amber beer.

A blend of four English malts combined with Northern Brewer and Cascade hops creates a complex combination of spicy and caramelised flavours.

The splendour of the goose is charmingly picturesque upon first glimpse, it draws you in. However, the goose is vivacious in character. You may experience a bite so treat it with respect… and never run from it.

Fascinatingly effervescent, the citrusy hops do notdetract from the creamy finish.

Mad Goose is a 4.2% ABV light copper pale ale brewed with Maris Otter malt, Caragold and Wheat malt with Hallertau bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops.

Obtained from the crustof the earth. So pure it’s mentioned in the bible.

Zesty and crisp with a dry finish making for a satisfying, easy drinking beer with a lovely dry and bitter finish.

Pure Gold 3.8% ABV is a refreshing golden ale. Made with English Maris Otter & Caragold malts plus Northern Brewer, Hereford Golding and Styrian Golding hops.

MAISEL’S WEISSE

Brewed in Bayreuth in Northern Bavaria, Maisel’s use only the finest ingredients - Mountain Spring Water, Hallertau Hops and top quality grain. Maisel’s Weisse 5.2% ABV has a deep amber colour, with a delightful citric aroma and palate with a smooth dry finish. Available in 30 litre kegs, 33cl bottles and 50cl bottles.

BERNARD

Brewed in the Czech Republic at the private brewery since 1597. Bernard 3.8% ABV lager is a traditional unpasteurised beer which is unique in its harmony of fullness and bitterness, rich foam, sparkling transparency and striking flavour. Available in 30 litre kegs.

VELTINS

Regarded as one of the finest examples of a German Pilsner, Veltins 4.8% ABV is brewed in Sauerland, near Dortmund. Veltins has a superb delicate dry and clean palate with a fine carbonated body that gives a slight bitterness with a light citrus finish. Available in 50 litre kegs, 33cl bottles and 50cl bottles.

HOGANSHogans Cider is made using 100% fresh pressed English fruit, with no sugar or apple concentrate. Hogans 4.5% ABV draft cider presents as bright, lightly carbonated and golden in colour. It has a pleasant and distinctive apple fruit aroma and peaty notes. Available in 50 litre kegs.

DUNKERTONSMedium in style, Black Fox 7% ABV is uplifting with a fresh flavour. Premium Organic 6.8% ABV is slightly sweeter and full of character, while the Perry cider 7.5% ABV is fragrant and sweet. Available in 50 cl bottles.
