What is an online mazazine?

An online magazine is a magazine published on the Internet, through bulletin board systems and other forms of public computer networks.Some online magazines distributed through the World Wide Web call themselves webzines.

Some people may use the terms cyberzine and hyperzine when referring to electronically distributed resources. Similarly, some online magazines may refer to themselves as "electronic magazines" or "e-magazines"

Organize yourself in groups of 4 students, choose a leader, and assign a role to each member of the group.

In your groups, choose a different decade and assign work to each member of the team.

TASK 2Choosing a decade

What to include…

1. Short descriptive text about fashion

for men in a given decade.

2. Short descriptive text about

fashion for women.

3. Short descriptive paragraph about

hair styles in the decade chosen.

4. One (1) minute video clip

about a clothing store or a

hair salon.

Choose four (4) out of the six topics listed below to include in your flip book. One of them mst be a video clip:

TASK 3 : Research

Look for magazines, on-lin@ pictures regarding hair styles, accesories, music and, clothing according to your favorite decade (20s, 50s, 60s, 70, 80s. 90s, and the future. Choose your favorite styles and decades.

TASK 4 Organizing your ideas

Once you have assigned a topic each memeber will be in charge of developing and writing, research about and then brainstorm ideas. Some ways to do this are:

Outlining is a more formal way

to organize material. An outline

reflects an orderly arrangement

of the ideas you need to master.

Outlines move from the general

to the specific.
