The painwasassessedbyvisualanaloguescale(VAS)andthequalityoflifebyNeckDisabilityIndex(NDI)questionnaire.Theenduranceofneck flexorsandneckextensorsmusclesweremeasuredbystopwatch.Theanalysisofdata showed statistically significant improvement in pain, in functional ability and in neck flexors andextensors muscles endurance. With this study an attempt has been made to develop an effectivetherapeutic exercise program for office employeeswith chronic neck pain that can be implemented atwork.
