S- I hope to pass my certification exam enabling me to get a job working with older adults at a senior fitness center by the end of summer 2010.
M- I will measure this by passing my test and then getting a job.
A- With proper studying and preparation I will be able to pass my exam and start looking for job opportunities.
R- I am confident that I will be able to pass the exam .I will be highly qualified to then get a job.
T- I believe by the end of summer 2010 is a great timely goal for my self. Giving me time to study to pass my exam and also giving me time to then look for a great job in the field of my choice.
