Pulp stock enters through tangential inlet which accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Contaminants like dirt, shive and specks with high specific gravity are forced to outer wall of cone and downward through reject outlet

ndorifice. Rejects are collected in a tank which is again fed to the 2 stage of cleaning. The cleaned pulp stock rises through center of bottle toward the accept outlet.

CENTRICLEANER SYSTEM

The excellent and reliable thickening performance of the gravity drum thickener is based upon 50 years of pulp dewatering experience. The drum thickener is a simple, cost-efficient, and reliable filter for dewatering stock and broke, as well as for virgin and recycled fiber.

Starch spraying system boosts the strength of the paper. The system uses quality precision nozzles to discharge a suspended starch solution to the fiber web of the paper. Amount of the starch solution sprayed and proper mixing of chemicals is very critical in deciding the quality and strength of the paper.

ATS pulper offered by us are ideal for dissolving cellulose waste paper boards as well as broke form the machine. These ATS pulper is a continuous type pulper and known for their high performance, reliability and long functional life. Open type Head Box made out from SS 304 plate for Machine Speed up to 300 MPM. The tapered Header for uniform Velocity with form Killing Shower. Two numbers of properly designed Evener rolls for better deflocculation and Top ,Bottom lip for smooth flow of stock.

B2 Thickener Drum having holes of 14mm as well as 6mm fitted with s.s ring for rotation. These drum will be rotated by a gear mounted on inlet pipe with four wheels to suit the CI/CS rings motor and gear box drive. Our range of B2 Thickener Drum is used for stock thickening from 2.5% to 12% consistency. Further, they can also be used to remove foreign material from pulper to increase the pulper efficiency and performance. Normal working speed is 6 rpm.

The Strainer is located on four springs to the tub. The vibrating is driven by an electric motor.There is a shower pipe bolted to the tub. When operating, the vibrator sets the screen in a vibrating motion. The motion is enabled by a shaft with eccentrics weight. The stock flows on a screen and, using the vibrating motion, the good stock goes through the screen into the tub, and the rest that can´t pass through the screen is moved upwards into a reject .The screen reject is washed by the shower pipe on the screening part. The water level under the screen is adjustable with a slide so that the screen self-cleaning process would start.

Size press is made of a set of two press rolls with hydraulic or pneumatic loading and designed in every configuration i.e. inclined horizontal and vertical for online sizing of paper and paper boards, Rolls are coated with special coatings best suitable for sizing chemical application and at higher temperatures. Nip loading arrangement with hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders or pneumatic bellows.The Size Press Rolls are dynamically balanced and can be covered with different coats depending on the kind of paper to be produced and type of sizing agent.
