Event Management Society
Introduction
Main objective of this society is to arrange and organize co-curricular events inside andoutside ISCS. Since its formation, the society has been working hard to promote ISCS,arranging college trips, educational workshops, exhibitions, book fairs, and graduationnight dinners for outgoing students. The society also helps college administration inorganizing various events, including the orientation Ceremony for new students
Mission Statement
The mission of EMS is to
Coordinate all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities Boost up aptitude and skills Promote healthier activities among students Support Cultural and National Event in ISCS Professional training
VISSION STATEMENT

Goals and Objectives
Voluntarily and on their own responsibility students conduct extracurricular athletic,cultural, intellectual, and social activities according to their interest and aptitude. Theseactivities, together with academic research through the regular curriculum, play anindispensable and important role in the campus life of students. Diverse experiencegained through extracurricular activities and friendships cultivated beyond the study ofmajor subjects are quite useful after students graduate and go out into society.
Functions
EMS has to coordinate all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. These activitiesare organized mostly during social periods. Following activities are generally organized:

Co-Curricular Activities
Qirat and Naat competitions. Quiz competitions. Speeches, debates and declamation contests. Lectures by guest speakers. Reading and effective writing. Mushaira/ Bait Bazi competitions. Conferences and Workshops
Extra – Curricular Activities
Culture week Annual Sports Out door sports i.e. cricket, handball, basketball etc. Indoor sports i.e. badminton, table tennis etc. Study tours and picnics.
Note: The activities can be added according to National, International, Religious and CulturalEvents,

A volunteer must has
Good communication skills Good looking personality Can work with team Good writing skills Good interpersonal skills Must be Polite and be patient.

Structure and Responsibility
President
President has following responsibilities
Plan Organize Supervise Coordinate
All events and activities are held in department
He/she will help the Editor of Chara -Gar to manage all activities related to it.
Content Writer
He/she will prepare report of events and activities and has to report to Editor.
Stage Secretary
Her/his responsibility is to host different events.

The editor will responsible for
Collection of writings from student Reviewing Managing Publicizing these writing
Photographer
She/he i must be a good photographer and responsible for photography in any event indepartment.
Superintend
She/he is responsible for keeping discipline and order in hall.
Note: job Rotation is possible to explore different abilities and it increases motivation andinterest
