FINALIZING CHARACTER DATA

There are a few steps to take to verify End-Of-Year data

Let’s walk through them step by step in a

sample tracker

Your tracker should include your full name

Your tracker should have a finalized roster

Note: All new students who joined your class should have been added to the roster. You can enter “NETR” for any rounds that students missed for not being enrolled. We don’t exclude students from the character tracker.

Your assessment calendar should reflect that exactly four assessments were administered

Note: Update assessment dates to accurately reflect when they were administered.

and exactly four rounds of data should be entered in your tracker

For ALL students

Note: If you are missing data for even one student, your data are not complete! You should have 100% of evaluations for students and teacher for every round of data.

Your tracker should be error-free

Oops!

And finally, you should check your progress to Goal!

Note: This class achieved an score of 3.67. The class did not meet the goal of 4.0.
