2014/15 EduKent Packages
• All packages will be rolled over from 2013/14 to 2014/15 unless EduKent are notified by 1st December 2013
• Notice periods remain 4 months unless specified in the Addendum of the EduKent Terms & Conditions
• Please email [email protected] with changes or cancellations of packages
• Those EduKent services with price changes will be listed in e-bulletins commencing on 5th November
• EiS will be writing separately to all their schools

Scheme for Financial Year 2014/15
• The Scheme will remain in place for the duration of the 2014/15 Financial Year
• Excepted Items packages will roll over from 2013/14• Prices had remained the same for the last 5 years -
delegated in 2012• Small increase, awaiting agreement from Schools

Now based on October Census pupil numbers - price increase anticipated at 3-4% increase

• ISSK formerly traded as MCAS(Minority Communities
Achievement Services)
• After consultation with Headteachers, offer has been remodeled – and is now a bespoke package at the same cost of £1500
Kent Legal Services
Education Legal Scheme
• Currently a one off payment• 2014/15 – new option for total amount to be split over 10
months• Cover runs for one year from the date of joining
Contracted Schools Billing (CSB) System
• Operating new billing system since April 2013
• Emailed Direct debit notifications and Price Breakdown document - reflection of VAT charges where applicable
• Invoices include both packaged and ad hoc charges
• EduKent invoices are generated through KCC’s general accounts receivables
New Option available for Direct Debit CustomersLogin access to the CSB Customer site
School can view the current position related to any packaged services contracted via EduKent
