Recruiter services - the best way to advertise your jobs (1/2)

Featured Job (enhancement of Premium Job)

Appearing prominently on the Homepage, this is the

most viewed and most effective job position the site

offers. This is an enhancement to the Premium Job

posting. We provide five slots right at the centre of

the homepage. Featured jobs option is live for 1

month.

Premium Job (upgrade)

'Premium Job' adverts are displayed prominently on

the right hand side of the Job Lister page. With only

five slots, Premium Jobs attract more responses than

standard jobs. Premium jobs are purchased and used

as upgrades to the 'Standard Jobs'. Premium jobs are

live for 1 month.

Standard Job

All standard jobs include a free logo and unlimited

words of text. Jobs are immediately uploaded to the

site using the simple job posting form. Every job is

live for 1 month.

Keyword Sponsored Job (enhancement)

A 'Keyword Sponsored Job' allows you to allocate

certain keywords to a job that, when searched by

a jobseeker, will result in the job appearing at the

top of the listing with an enhanced background

colour and the word Sponsored Job in the listing.

Top Job (enhancement)

A 'Top Job' allows you to assign one or more job

categories to a job that, when searched by a

jobseeker, will result in the job appearing at the

top of the listing with an enhanced background

colour and the word Sponsored Job in the listing.

Video Job (enhancement)

A 'Video Job' allows a video to be added to the

job detail page. This video is hosted by a third

party, such as YouTube and can be associated to

multiple jobs. Videos are a way to engage a

jobseeker and enhance the listing or provide

company information. The job is also enhanced

on the lister page with a small video icon next to

the title. Video Job is an enhancement to the

Standard Job posting.

Recruiter branding (1/2)

Featured recruiters

A 'Featured Recruiter' will have the logo

prominently placed on the Homepage of the job

board under the heading 'Now recruiting', allowing

traffic to be directed to the recruiter profile page,

which contains company information and the

latest jobs. We provide six slots and if there are

more recruiters with this upgrade, the system will

randomly rotate through the featured set.

Recruiter A-Z Listing

The 'Recruiter A-Z Listing' is an important area for

jobseekers to view the recruiters and direct

employers that use the job board. It’s a listing of

all the corporate profile pages, which in turn offers

company information, videos or editorial content,

and the latest jobs. By default a recruiter will only

appear in this listing if they have jobs on the

system, but for increased prominence or

partnerships we can override this setting to ensure

the recruiter will always have a profile page on our

board, regardless of if they have jobs currently on

offer.

Video Recruiter Profile

A 'Video Recruiter Profile' allows a video to be

added to the recruiter profile page. This video is

hosted by a third party, such as YouTube and can

be associated to the company profile and multiple

jobs. Videos are a way to educate a jobseeker

about a company and engage your audience. The

recruiter is also enhanced on the A-Z page with a

small video icon next to the title.

Recruiter Minisites

A 'Recruiter Minisite' allows for a small micro job

board to run for a specific recruiter, branded to

look and feel different to the main job board, with

tailored SEO. These give more prominence and

branding to your audience. Currently a Minisite

features RSS feeds, latest jobs and current

vacancies of the selected recruiter, as well as

branded job detail and application pages. A left

hand navigation menu can be created by adding in

additional Minisite pages.

Recruiter Branded HTML Job

A 'Recruiter Branded HTML Job' can look and feel

completely different to a standard job listing. It’s a

great way to promote your company or add further

information on the job advert. This can be applied

to a particular job or to all jobs from a certain

recruiter.

Twitter Feeds

Twitter is increasingly becoming a way to display

jobs and generate traffic to the job board,

increasing promotion of jobs and views. We can

manage twitter feeds for recruiters, sending out

jobs they post with well formed URLs, search

friendly hash tags and the job title. Traffic from

twitter is recorded, so you can in turn see how well

a job does from the promotion it has from twitter.
