Financial Avenue – Online Financial Education Tool

• UC San Diego partnered with Inceptia to offer the Financial Avenue On-line tool to our students in August 2017

• Financial Avenue provides students key personal finance concepts with a customized action plan to translate concepts into behaviors

• Courses are self-paced and provide content in short, easily-digestible sound bites, in English or Spanish

• Students can choose from 10 different courses

Financial Avenue – Inceptia’sOnline Education Program

• Throughout the Financial Avenue experience, students will identify their personal money philosophy

• For administrators, tracking student progress is easy by providing access to detailed, real-time reporting and pre- and post-course assessment results

• Inceptia, a division of National Student Loan Program (NSLP), is a nonprofit organization

The Scholarship Incentive – Scholarship Criteria

• Application period open November 20, 2017 and closed February 5, 2018

• Ten $2,000, one-time scholarship winners will be selected

• Complete at least four different courses within Financial Avenue
