Conclusions
• Increase in banked households

• Fall in high cost credit use
• More people borrowing to cover day to day living expenses

In 2018 households are less resilient and worse prepared for an
external shock or crisis than in 2004.

• Quantify the income per beneficiary- through customer survey and organisational assessments
• Family Resource Survey (FRS) data estimate how service users would spend money, i.e. amount in the local economy
