The Financial Leadership Program (FLP) at Baruch College is dedicated to the professional development and advancement of high-potential juniors interested in careers in finance. FLP’s focused curriculum helps students master the mechanics of the financial services industry.

■ Deep understanding of the financial market structure

■ Training, seminars, and team project assignments to enhance public speaking, business writing, and presentations skills required in the financial industry
