In the past decade, FLP has trained more than 240 financial leaders, who are now successfully employed at 56 financial institutions worldwide. After completing the program, nearly all FLP participants have received offers for front-office positions in top analyst programs across Wall Street and Fortune 500 companies.

FLP alumni have careers in investment banking, sales and trading, equity research, asset management, credit risk, treasury services, global finance, public finance, wealth management, and compliance and regulations.

The Financial Leadership Program (FLP) at Baruch College is dedicated to the professional development and advancement of high-potential juniors interested in careers in finance. FLP’s focused curriculum helps students master the mechanics of the financial services industry.

■ Coaching and development of solid interviewing skills

■ Deep understanding of the financial market structure

■ Training, seminars, and team project assignments to enhance public speaking, business writing, and presentations skills required in the financial industry

■ Mastery of the mechanics of financial technology via intensive training in corporate valuation and Excel modeling
