The Office of the Comptroller General of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat is recruiting qualified university graduates to fill entry-level positions in finance and internal audit in government departments and agencies across Canada. Program Highlights The FORD/IARD Program offers recruits challenging work in a variety of areas, a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Between 50 and 100 university graduates are recruited annually. Full-time positions are available across Canada, including the National Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau). Paid study days are offered, and costs related to completing a professional accounting designation or an internal audit certification are reimbursed. Hiring begins in spring 2016. FORD Educational Requirements A recent bachelor’s degree (a degree obtained between September 2010 and May 2016), with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or Economics. or A bachelor’s degree in any field of study and, by May 13, 2016, completion of the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Prerequisite Education Program (PREP) or completion of qualifying university courses for equivalence for a recognized undergraduate degree by CPA Québec. and All applicants must, by May 13, 2016, meet their university academic prerequisites of the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) or have completed all PREP modules for the CPA PEP or already be enrolled in CPA PEP. The specialization may include, but is not limited to, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Business Systems, Economics or Information Technology. Le Bureau du contrôleur général du Canada, Secrétariat du Conseil du Trésor du Canada, recherche actuellement des diplômés universitaires qualifiés pour occuper des postes de niveau d’entrée dans le domaine de la finance et de la vérification interne au sein des ministères et organismes partout au Canada.

Entre 50 et 100 diplômés universitaires sont recrutés chaque année.

Des emplois à temps plein sont offerts partout au Canada, notamment dans la région de la capitale nationale (Ottawa-Gatineau).

Des congés d’étude payés sont offerts et les frais associés à l’obtention d’un titre comptable professionnel ou d’un titre de vérificateur interne certifié sont remboursés.

Exigences en matière d’études du Programme RPAF Baccalauréat récent (obtenu entre septembre 2010 et mai 2016) avec spécialisation en comptabilité, finances, administration des affaires, commerce ou économie.

Baccalauréat dans n’importe quel domaine et, d’ici le 13 mai 2016, avoir mené à terme le Programme de formation préalable (PFPr) des comptables professionnels agréés (CPA) ou avoir mené à terme tous les cours universitaires de mise à niveau pour l’équivalence du baccalauréat reconnu par CPA Québec.

Tous les candidats, d’ici le 13 mai 2016, doivent rencontrer tous les cours académiques de leur université préalables au Programme de formation professionnel (PFP) des CPA ou doivent avoir terminé tous les modules du PFPr menant au PFP des CPA ou doivent déjà être inscrits au PFP des CPA.

Exigences en matière d’études du Programme RPVI Baccalauréat obtenu d’ici le 15 mai 2016, avec spécialisation dans un domaine lié aux fonctions du poste.

Voici une liste non exhaustive des domaines de spécialisation possibles : administration des affaires, administration publique, gestion des systèmes opérationnels, économie ou technologie de l’information. Les cours postsecondaires en vérification interne sont considérés comme un atout.

Aptitudes linguistiques Les candidats doivent maîtriser au moins une des deux langues officielles (anglais ou français).
