Meet Them ThroughVideoWe pick our top 3 based on your criteria and send you a 2-minute video of each. This helps you get a feel about them prior to an interview.

InterviewsYou are setup to run a scheduled

'virtual interview' which we do through our tool Zoom. These can

be recorded so you can watch them back prior to making your choice.

Make Your PickIt's now time to select the candidate for you. Choose which assistant you like the most. If you don't like them we will go back to the drawing board based on your feedback.

ContractsWe work between you and the

assistant to complete a contract, set a start date and book your first
