Finger Scraper - Taking Off

What is the concept behind the Finger Scraper design? To ‘Take Off’ Carry back of course! We have brought together ideas based on the needs of what our customers have been wanting. While the conventional Scraper systems may work, they are not efficient by most standards. With the Finger Paddle segments attached to a solid frame design as opposed to the typical bar construction of a conventional bristle brush, the highly durable urethane fingers produce a flicking motion that effectively removes carry-back and that are not prone to “clogging up”.

Our product has been tested both on textured & smooth surface belting with great

results. Our original test system is still in use after 2 years of service in an aggregate

plant, the urethane paddles are extremely durable and have only experienced minimal

wear. We have built our product to meet the requirements of our tough Canadian

climate, from heat to extreme cold, the Finger Scraper keeps on working.

SAFETY IS KEY

When we look at investments for new products our key concern is Safety. How will our

product benefit safety on our customer’s site? With our scraper design having minimal

pinch points and a light-weight aluminum frame, it is the safer choice. With carry back

reduced / eliminated, there are less hazards to consider on the work site such as the

possibility of tripping over carry-back that has piled up, eye injuries caused by falling

debris and inhalation of fine particles.

X22 Pellet Ice Melt

X22 Pellet Ice Melt

Our Pellet formulated Ice Melt X22 is much like Liquid fire, but used for ground application. Like Liquid fire; it too is Environmentally friendly as well as Pet friendly and safe on plants like grass & shrubs. Unlike sand and salt, X22 will not leave residue or rust on your vehicle or damage your grass with the dreaded clean up in the spring. It keeps working in the coldest temperatures and until washed away. Because of its concentrated mix, you can lay it down before a snowfall to keep ice from forming and do not need a lot of it to work, light application works well. Available in 5kg & 20kg.

Slinger Belts

There has been a mass

use for the Slinger Belts.

With Gravel Trucks

hauling 24/7 for the

roadways, landscaping

and other such

business’, we have stock

ready and on-hand for

use when the need

arises.

Texture Top & Cleated Belts have many uses for different industries

Texture top for Multi-Use The biggest deal about the texture top belting is that it is a multi-use belt. If you

have ever seen a gravel slinger truck in action you can tell how good these belts

work for them. But on the other hand, they work great for tracks on decks for

gripping the treads of the ATVS & Snowmobiles for loading. Once the tracks are

down not only are they good for loading but they reduce the wear on the deck/

liner of the vehicle.

With good traction for loading your recreational sport bike, ATV, snowmobile,

seadoo or whatever it is you may need more traction for, you are protecting your

investment from potential damages.

Keeping good size treads on the belt for the slinger trucks ensures that their loads

are at full capacity moving along to increase production, less downtime & less

damaged parts. Keeping your business moving at an optimal rate is our business.
