WALL REPAIRNOTICEOF POLICY CHANGEThe Board of Directors recently chose to change the policy regard-ing homeowner damage to commonwalls.

The new policy will result in a 50/50%cost the first time damage occurs tocommon walls due to sprinkler orother homeowner negligence - Eitherto the paint or to the stucco under-neath. The second occurence, thehomeowner will be billed 75% of thecost of repairs (The HOA will pay 25%).

The third time repairs are made, thehomeowner will be billed the full amount of the repairs. More on back >>

WHAT TO DONATE? – To benefit Open Arms (see at right) and the needy in our community. Please see the list on Facebook or the back of the flyer. Items especially needed include canned soup, canned beans, snack items, holiday food items, & hygiene products (such as shampoo, soap, deodorant).On Halloween night, you can:1.)Give items at the door on Halloween night or use the enclosed flyer if away.Write on the notice where we should find the donated items (if left with a neighbor or around the corner.

Whether home or away, attach the notice to your front door or garage door where we can see it Halloween night if you are participating.

REQ’D: DOGS ON A LEASHWe are once again having some issues with dogs run-ning free, scaring families by not being on a leash inthe parks, and owners not picking up after their dogs.

Please be mindful to clean up after your dog. We haveplaced numerous doggie clean-up stations throughoutFinley Farms South to make it convenient to do so.

Found dogs can be posted on our Facebook page tohelp owners be reunited with their pets quickly.

WALL NOTICE (CONTINUED)Residents should know that wall repair is the MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM WE SPEND YOUR HOA DUES ON (besides the contribution we make to maintain the FinleyFarms North Park on Mesquite, next to the elementaryschool).

This equals tens of thousands of dollars a year, and eventhough we just finished repairs and repainting, alreadythere are properties showing damage, huge water stains,plaster falling off and more. If you have a question aboutyour wall or your responsibility, DO NOT WAIT until youget a letter or bill. Call Vision and let’s work together to fixthe problem early before the damage gets worse.
