recycling and final disposal
� Especially biofuels from waste, new composite
materials from waste, optimization of logistics

• China will invest over $1000 Billion in cleantech during
next 5 years: 2011-2015
• FECC is established by MEE in 2006 to implement the
China-Finland co-operation agreement in Cleantech.

open the doors for Finnish companies
• Over 200 Finnish companies active in FECC
• Currently over 20 projects in China (biogas, water
treatment, energy efficiency, solid waste management…)
• Target to broaden FECC from Chi-Fin bilateral
