Fourteen years ago, our Director Marcus Graziano decided to take the experienceand reputation he’d built-up as an independant recruiter, and create Caspian One.Since then from our offices in the UK and Canada,, we’ve grown to become a multi-million pound turnover business, reputed particularly within the Canadianand UK financial technology communities.

Since 2004 we’ve been delivering to the Canadian, UK and International Financial Services and Investment Banking communities - highly qualified, technological adept professionals that more than meet expectations.
