Two ways to purchase fireworks from Fireworks Depot: Have Fireworks Shipped to You (certain restrictions may apply):

1. Print and fill out the order form. For shipped orders, the total must be $99 or more (not including shipping.) For in-person purchases at our stores, the total must be $300 plus tax or more and you must present the current internet price list in order to receive the internet pricing. Price list is not valid from June 21st through July 4th. All orders and sales during that period are subject to in-store pricing.

2. Fax (608)-526-6781, mail (Fireworks Depot, Attn: Fireworks Order, PO Box 268, Ellsworth, WI 54011) or email ([email protected]) the order form and signed release form. We will contact you with the shipping charges.

3. To find out the shipped date and tracking number, call (608)-526-6782, and ask for Michelle or send an email: [email protected]. (Employees only have information about shipments. 4. Inspect the shipment before signing for it. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading before signing it. Any claims should be filed with the trucking company. Fireworks Depot will not be responsible for damaged or shorted product.
