    Coperchio e rivestimenti esterni

    in AISI 304 finemente satinato. Piedini in acciaio inox AISI 304

    regolabili per il livellamento. Regolazione della temperatura

    da 20 a 200C tramite sondaposizionata al di sotto dellasuperficie di cottura a garanziadi una precisa rilevazionee di una elevata reazionedel sistema riscaldante.

    MESCOLATORE

    Dispositivo automatico dimescolamento a tre bracci conraschiatori in teflon ed acciaioarmonico, completamenteasportabile per facilitare leoperazioni di pulizia. Rotazioneoraria ed antioraria conregolazione delle velocite dei tempi (compresotempo pausa) direttamentedal pannello comandi, peradeguare la rotazione del mixeral prodotto da lavorare.

    Adjustable feet in stainless steelAISI304 to ensure levelling.

    Temperature (adjustable from20 to 200C) is measured by asensor in direct contact with thebottom, just under the cooking

    surface, to ensure a precisetemperature survey and a quickreaction of the heating system.

    MIXER Automatic mixing device

    with three arms and teflonand harmonic steel scrapers,entirely removable to makecleaning easier. Rotation inboth directions, with speedregulation and time adjustment

    (including pause time) directlyfrom the control panel tosuit mixer rotation to theproduct to be processed.

    GAS VERSIONS Heating by means of high

    efficiency stainless steel tubeburners. Automatic ignition andflame control system withoutpilot burner. Heating controlledby electronic board withautomatic activation of minimum2 C before the SETPOINT.

    ELECTRIC VERSIONS Heating by means of armoured

    elements in INCOLOY-800 alloycontrolled by electronic board.
