This involved information on the number of Service Providers FTEs present in each of the geographical regions (North America, Latam, Europe, Asia and India), along with the split across various Business Processes and regions that the Service Provider catered to in order to demonstrate Global reach. Cargill released an RFP that was primarily for Finance & Accounting Services for North America, Latam and Europe. TCS won the Latam piece of the RFP (which was the second-largest chunk after North America) with a TCV of USD 45 Mn over 5 years.
