Time to Interview:
We have noticed a consistent FIPO turn around time of 24-48 hours to complete the Technical Pre-screening. It is a tremendous improvement from our earlier weekend based approach which would take 4 - 7 days to complete Pre-screen
Sourcing Effectiveness:
Our teams had clocked 10% conversion on resume sourced to shortlisted for offer. Most of the time the Feed back was about the lack of Tech understanding on part of Recruiters. Now, as a result of leveraging the Tech Pre-Screen services of FIPO we are presenting fewer resumes to delivery & our conversions are upwards of 30%. The Recruiters have also come up for appreciation from delivery
Time to offer:
We have seen an improvement on this front when we have utilized FIPO services. In general we would take 4-5 weeks to offer a candidate from the time of interview. As against this we are now releasing Offers in 2-3 weeks currently.

Client SpeakLoss of billing hours:
Typically our Engineers spent about 6-10 hrs interviewing 10 candidates to find 1 potential. In a services company that results in 6-10 hrs of un-billed activity which could be close to INR 17500-20000 loss of revenue for 1 shortlist. Today we are positioning only 3-4 candidates resulting in un-billed interview time of 3hrs & loss of revenue of INR 6500. As a result we are earning INR 13500 for every shortlist. We hire about 1000 people a year so the numbers is very encouraging.
Overall I see this as a positive trend. It can only improve as we collectively keep making iterative changes based on success.
Customer satisfaction:
Earlier Customer Satisfaction on a scale of 0-5 was hovering between 2.5-3 but now we are beginning to surge beyond 3. The interesting aspect is our Internal & external customers both asking for Video Interview output & feedback from FIPO.
