    THANK YOU . . .

    INTRODUC ING B I L L & BETH F I L I OWI CH

    Dear Church family,

Thank you - thank you for the beautiful chancel flowers delivered to me in

honor of my 93rd birthday. It is nice to be remembered. ~ Miriam Yaeger~ Miriam Yaeger~ Miriam Yaeger~ Miriam Yaeger

Bill and Beth’s first introduction to First Presbyterian Church was through the Fort Myers Mastersingers as they sang to-gether with the FPC choir during our annual hymn sings. Beth’s first hymn sing at FPC was at Christmas time and she

was elevated on a draped scissor lift to sing O Holy Night.

Bill came to Florida from northern Minnesota 10 years ago. Beth became a permanent resident 4 years ago after spend-ing the 5 previous years as a seasonal resident. Both of their families had vacationed in the Fort Myers/Bonita area since they were children. Imagine, they could have both been on

the beach at the same time during a spring break without knowing it!

Bill works as an IT consultant and Beth teaches voice privately as well as performing professionally in the area. Visiting with family, children and grand-children are shared priorities. Other common interests are music, reading and Beth gets to enjoy Bill’s extensive experience in boating and fishing. They

share one giant Leonberger dog named Minka.

Bill and Beth joined FPC in 2013 and were married by Pastor Paul in March 2014. They enjoy the warmth of the congregation and the genuine people that fill the pews each week. They also really like the quality of teaching by

Pastor Paul and the true Minister of Music we have in Rev. Roger Peterson.
