First-Year Engineering Program
Final Test Each Team will have two runs on the final
test day Each team will have two 2.5-minute
windows in order to complete each test Scoring is based on completing the
operational objectives as stated in the MCR
Score is based on: Distance (did the AEV make it to all the
locations and take the caboose back to the start?)
Time (did the AEV finish under 2.5 minutes?) Energy/mass ratio (was it the lowest the team
can make it? How is it compared to other teams?)
Team demonstrated safe track procedures
