American foodThe cuisines also represent the characteristics of simple, friendly, easy-going and wild of people in the continent. Grilled food and food served with sauces are traditional dishes of the continent. The food will be varied from regions and areas.

Expected Activitiesa) Organizing methods:+ All the participating businesses and organizations will send their questions and demands and solutions to theorganizing committee 30 days prior to the conference/roundtable.+ Speeches: Based on the demands and questions of all the businesses and organizations, experts will evaluate current situation and suggest specific solutions in promoting the values of gastronomy in hospitality industry and food and import-export sectors.+ Roundtables: Experts will interact with invited guests via questions raised at the event.+ Online discussions: Experts, representatives from organizations and trade counselors from Japan, Myanmar, South Korea and America etc will have answers related to their functions and responsibilities to promote trade exchange and cooperation between Vietnam and other countries in the world.
