• 7 holes drilled in 2017 totaling 2,530m on 100m step out fences – results expected in Q1 2018

• 2,500m of drilling planned for 2018, with positive results warranting further drilling

• Initial metallurgical sampling shows 88% recovery (non-refractory)

• Objective of 2018 drilling is to further test target to demonstrate underground mining potential

• Target generated through review of historical data

• 3,800m of drilling planned for 2018

• Objective of 2018 drilling is to define Inferred Mineral Resources for assessment ofunderground mining viability

• Positive results will require additional drilling to convert Inferred resources toreserves
