A VISION AND MISSION …

Kingman is the best place to live, work and raise a family. We recognize our unique opportunities and challenges. We have traveled extensively around the State. During those travels, we have been repeatedly reminded of the many reasons each of us chooses to live in Kingman and we are also reminded of the reasons why Kingman is praised by those inside and outside of our State. This praise is because we work to our unique strengths, we are humble enough to recognize and overcome our challenges, we are innovative and we exude an optimistic attitude of success.

While we have received accolades for weathering the recent economic storm, we must stay focused on continual improvement activities that will lead to accomplishing our goals. Some of the action items will be a continuation and improvement of what we have done well and other action items will be new and necessary adjustments designed to keep Kingman a leader in job creation and economic prosperity.

Realizing this vision and accomplishing this mission will take the collective efforts of all Kingman’s leadership.

Manufacturing Sector Complete the 2017 Manufacturing Tactical Plan

The Kingman and Mohave Manufacturing Associat ion Arizona (KAMMA) serves as the sector leader and is already engaged in sector strategy work. Their membership represents the community and business leadership of the Kingman region which then is the ideal group to develop the 201 7 Tact ical Plan.
