How to Compress File SizeThe images we use in these tutorials are high resolution. To reduce the file size of the power point presentation do the following:1. Click any photo.2. Format tab> Compress

Pictures3. Choose the lowest resolution

(email, 96 points per inch).4. Apply the setting to all images

in the file.5. Click OK.6. Check to see what the new file

size is. Usually email attachments must be less than 10MB.
