Clipper® Roller Lacer®

Clipper

®

The portable, easy-to-use Clipper® Roller

Lacer® makes it easy to lace belts up to 60"

(1500 mm) wide in a single operation. Belts

wider than the lacer’s width can be laced in

multiple passes with the continuous lacing

feature. A handle-actuated belt clamp holds

belts securely while twin rollers embed

fasteners evenly to create a strong, long-

lasting splice.

A durable, lightweight body made from

sturdy aircraft aluminum and a carrying

handle make it easy to take the Roller Lacer

on-site to lace belts right on the conveyor.

Plus, there is room for extra lacer pins and

face strips in a handy storage compartment.

For more frequent lacing applications,

and/or when installing hooks into hard

belts, specify the Roller Lacer with the

optional steel lacing head.

Alligator® Conveyor Belt Lacing Fastener System

For easy, economical installation and an

exceptionally smooth joint, choose the

Alligator® Conveyor Belt Lacing System.

Alligator Lacing is available in continuous

lengths to fit any belt width and the one-

piece design provides uniform tension

across the full belt width. The one-piece

fastener strip also ensures that there are no

loose pieces to work themselves out of the

belt and into the conveyed product.

Designed for belts from 1/32" (.8 mm) to

1/2" (12.5 mm), Alligator Belt Lacing

installation requires no special tools, only a

hammer. The lacing is secured with teeth

that embed lengthwise on the belt, provid-

ing a strong, vise-like hold. Clips hold gauge

rod and lacing firmly and squarely against

the belt and ensures a strong, straight splice.

The straight splice also helps ease hinge pin

insertion.

Features and Benefits• Quick-change blade. No tools are needed. Just pull one pin, remove the old blade,

slide in the new one and replace the pin.

• Works with Flexco and other mechanical splices. The spring tensioner quickly moves the blade away from the belt when a splice passes. The polyurethane blade easily glides over the splice without damage and with minimal cleaning disruption.

• Easy to service. All maintenance work is done from the easy-access side of the beltline. Blade retensioning and change-out are quick and easy.

• Fits most conveyor structures. Available for belt widths from 24" to 84" (600 to 2100mm). The MSP poles are extra long (belt width plus 54"/1350 mm) to accommodate varying structure widths.

High strength aluminum extrusion

Heavy-duty 2-7/8” (72 mm) pole ensures durability for those tough applications

Material path options, belt width minus, 2”, 8” or 14”, guarantee proper cleaning and blade life

Simple blade replacement - no tools needed

Molded in wear line on all Flexco ConShear™ blades

Quick Mount Tensioner (QMT) allows the blade tension to be visually inspected

Faceted profile design results in continuous blade edge “renewal” for improved cleaning efficiency throughout the life of the blade

Designed to prevent material roll-back

on incline conveyors, the Tatch-A-Cleat®

Econo-Cleat® Model EC is ideal for light-

duty to medium-duty applications, including

grain handling, harvesting equipment,

material handling, and canned goods.

The versatile design also permits use as a

cleat, plow, or belt scraper in a variety of

positions and on any type of belt. These

cleats vary in height from 1-1/4" (31 mm) to

6" (150 mm) and in angles from 45º to 90º

before installation.

Tough and economical solution for bulk-materialhandlingThe Econo-Cleat is constructed from a spe-

cially compounded, durable EPDM rubber

that provides good resistance to abrasion.

Plus, it stands up well to all types of weath-

er, including constant exposure to sunlight

and ozone. Also available in PVC for less

demanding applications.

The Econo-Cleat also provides economical

cleating without remnants – short sections

may be butted together. Separate cleat

supports are not necessary.
