Flexibility thanks to modular construction.In 1993, Mediseal set the standard worldwide with the launch of the servo-motor-driven CP400. The classic vertical shaft principle was replaced by a modular structure in which the individual functional areas of the machine, such as shaping, dosing, sealing and stamping were equipped with their own distributed drive systems. This modular structure, which has been con-sistently developed since then, makes it possible to customise machines to customers’ specific requirements and provide them with special functions as needed. Modularity also guarantees clear separation of zones and optimal access to the individual areas of the machine. In this way, Mediseal is setting new standards in the GMP-compliant construction of packaging machines.

High machine availability (OEE) With the aid of the manual insertion chute, blisters are inserted in gaps on the fly and at full speed. In addition, any residual items can be cartoned at the end of the batch in solo mode.

Efficiency begins with dosing: tablets, capsules or dragées - with their wide range of dosing systems, Mediseal‘s CP blister packaging machines are ideal for packaging solid pharmaceutical products. The dosing sys-tems, developed in house, simultaneously provide security and high per-formance. The dosing area meets the highest GMP standards; it has been continually developed and is currently a leader in terms of cleanability. The short cleaning times, ease of handling and simple conversion options make the CP machines true all-rounders, in combination with Mediseal’s tried-and-tested dosing systems.

The CP200 is a very compact machine of balcony construction with minimum space requirements and an output of up to 300 blisters per minute. with its for-mat change time of less than 30 minutes, the CP200 has been specially developed for efficient packaging of small and very small lot sizes, and of clinical trial samples.

reliable and powerful.The modular construction is reflected in the clear division and delimitation of zones. all functional areas are high-visibility, easy to access and quick to clean. servo-motor driven feeds allow precise positioning of blisters befo-re sealing, cutting and perforating, regardless of the foil’s shrinkage behaviour. Centralized format data manage-ment via the control terminal provides support for a quick format change. you can do it – in less than 45 minutes.

The CP600 is a blister packaging machine featuring high-precision servo technology. Despite its high output of up to 600 blisters per minute, it far surpasses compa-rable machines in terms of flexibility. For example, a com-plete conversion from PVc to aluminium-aluminium formats can be carried out in less than 35 minutes.

lots of freedom. with a foil width of 320 mm and a draw length of 285 mm, the CP1200 is able to handle even the largest blisters in 2-lane operation. This enables maximum out-put to be achieved whilst at the same time protecting blisters with its platen sealing system.
