FEATURES The good flexibility and the high pressure capability of type SP. T.9750, together with good capacity to absorb vibrations, offer to the user an economical and long-lasting solution to overcome those problems due to a dynamic offset or from cyclic motions.

FITTINGS Of any type in carbon steel, malleable cast iron, brass, bronze, stainless steel, or combination of stainless steel and corbon steel. Attachments can be made by electro-welding (type EL), brazing (type BA and BF), etc. (see catalogue's section »fittings« with sign F1÷F13 and following).

USES Wherever very severe ambient conditions are combined with chemical aggressivity, high temperature pressure or vacuum, frequent movements, static or dynamic offstet, vibration, permeability (rare gasses), etc.

MILL LENGTHS 8÷12 meters (depending on diameters). Indefinite lengths (obtained by argon-arc-welding) can be supplied on aplication.

CHARACTERISTICS The geometry of series SP.T.6700L profile has been studied for optimising flexibility at high working pressure. The smaller external diameter of the hose allows the use of thinner strips and of braids of smaller diameter. All this provides a first quality product with unprecedented performance at a very convenient level of prices. The entire size range has positively been submitted to a long run of testings that have proven its full conformity to the ISO 10380 Standards.

FITTINGS A wide range of loose fittings, flange retainers and braid ferrules in st.st. and in carbon steel is available for an easy attachment to the hose by TIG welding, silver brazing or other welding techniques see the catalogue's section »Fittings« Custom made assemblies can be made to customer´s design.

USE Delivery of all pressurised or depressuried fluids (including highly permeable rare gasses) compatible with the st.st. grade of the hose.

APPLICATIONS High number of cycles and very frequent motions, static or dynamic offset, high temperature, chemical aggression, full vacuum and vibrations are perfectly handled in any working conditions.

CHARACTERISTICS Hoses series SP.T.8700 are hydraulically formed from longitudinally welded heavy wall st.st. tubes and then covered with one or two reinforced braidings.

USE Particularly recommended for delivery of all fluids compatible with the grade of st.st. of the base- tube ( AISI 321) in those heavy duty applications where high pressure or severe pressure shocks are combined with hihg temperature and / or chemical aggression.

CHARACTERISTICS Series 5700 flexible hose are mehanically formed in the size range 6-25 mm. In comparison with the hoses of the other SP series (hydraulically foremd) these hoses have a smaller outside diameter. The result into a line of products with high quality- price ratio. Particularly recommended for all applications not involving heavy duty motions.

USE Delivery of all pressurized and depressurized (from vacuum to the maximum working pressure) fluids compatible with AISI stainless steel.
