Everyone at school seems to have the same pair of jeans. Jada always has the latest and most expensive fashions and expects everyone else to have them too. As soon as Jada got her jeans, Molly and Zoe went out and got similar pairs. Isabel is a great artist. Her mom won’t buy the jeans for her, so Isabel decorates a pair for herself. The girls are in art class, where Zoe and Isabel like to work together, when Jada spots Isabel’s jeans.

Witnesses are often the most powerful people in any bullying situation. Most of the time, if someone is willing to step in, the bullying stops right away. Fill out the comic below and write a scene in which one of the witnesses to Jada bullying Isabel flips the script, like Zoe did in the previous example.

Stand Up and Support Someone

You don’t always need someone else to step in and confront a bully. Sometimes it’s enough to hold your head up high and show she can’t bother you! Write an ending in which the girl who is the target of the bully manages to flip the script herself. What could Isabel say to Jada in this situation to flip the script?
