FloorClad EPC

Epoxy Patch Compound for Permanent Concrete Repairs

FloorClad EPC is a three part solvent-free combination of epoxy resin, modi!ed amine hardeners !lled

with specially graded and selected high crushing strength, chemically inert aggregates Used for permanent repairs

to concrete structure and cementitious substrates where strength, impermeability to water and resistance to

aggressive chemicals is essential. Ideally suited for maintaining engineering, chemical handling and processing

plants. It is applied by trowel as a durable chemical resistant repair mortar. The minimum thickness is 5mm. The

maximum thickness is 50 mm.

Heavy duty, #ow applied, lightweight anti-skid surface dressing

Slurry system is based on coal tar modi!ed epoxy resins that for a #uid, homogenous slurry and provides a

lightweight, yet extremely hardwearing anti-skid surface to a variety of substrates including steel, concrete, and

timber Ideally suited for foot and road bridges, RO link spans, helicopter decks, work platforms, ships decks, car

parks, walkways, wet work industrial areas etc. Special non-spark formulations and low #ame spread make

FloorClad NSC slurry system especially suitable for offshore oil platforms.

FloorClad SEMS

Self Levelling Epoxy based Mortar/Color Screed @ 1.5mm-3mm

The smooth impervious surface !nish provides an easily cleaned and hygienic surface with excellent

resistance to chemical and mechanical attack provided as a thin layer topping underlayment for FloorClad epoxy

toppings. The mixed material should be applied on to the prepared and primed #oor using a notched or #at trowel

to a typical thickness of 1.5mm minimum. The surface should be spike rolled to remove the entrapped air. Ensure

application is a continuous operation and laying is within 15 minutes of mixing and spike rolled within 5 minutes of

laying.

The mixed mortar can easily be laid by trowel to a joint less, abrasion and chemical resistant topping.

Where situation demands, the aggregate content can be reduced to yield a self-sealing mortar.

cementitious sub #oor/ underlay for a wide variety of #oor !nishes which require a smooth level substrate, such as

tiles, carpeting, vinyl sheeting, linoleum, rubber and other sheet #ooring. Additionally, it can be used directly on in

Epoxy based Glossy Pigmented Floor Topping, Roller Coating

FloorClad EFC is a solvent free High Build Epoxy Coating, comprising of two top coats each top coat to be a

minimum of 200 microns thick. It is ideally suited for use in wet areas where a high degree of resistance to

chemicals, oils and grease and possible spillage is foreseen.

Decorative and aesthetic epoxy resin #oor coating

FloorClad DC is easily cleaned, attractive #oor coating in areas where high resistance to chemical attack is

required. It can also be used as a !nal coating and sealer for epoxy #oor screeds to provide a more durable and easily

cleaned surface for application in two coats to achieve a total dry !lm thickness of 90 microns.

Water dispersed epoxy coating and sealer

Floor Clad MEC is a water dispersed epoxy coating designed for damp tolerant, anti-fungal and water

vapor permeable coating. The product is odorless and can be applied onto cementitious and concrete surfaces

providing dustproof coatings. The cured !lm is easily cleanable and resistant to penetration of oils and liquids. The

product forms a waterproof barrier and is non-toxic. It is resistant to corrosion, chemicals and abrasion. It is

additionally used as a thin coat application for the areas subject to light vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The product

is ideal for contact with water intended for human consumption. The water permeability allows it to be applied on

damp substrates and green concrete. However this should not be subjected to #owing / running water/over

watered conditions.

FloorClad EPU

Epoxy Polyurethane based Floor Toppings, Roller Coatings

FloorClad EPU is a hybrid polyurethane based, resin #oor coating for use in wide range of industrial

environments where a lasting to low maintenance #oor is required. It is ideally suited for use in areas where a high

degree of resistance to chemicals, oils and grease is required.The product comprises of two top coats each top coat

to be a minimum of 200 microns thick.

Acrylic #oor sealer and concrete curing membrane

Single component, penetrating synthetic acrylic coating has excellent adhesion to cementations surfaces

and, when cured, forms a semi-gloss #exible !lm. The coating can be applied by simple brush, squeegee, roller or

spray application. It is non-yellowing and suitable for exterior and interior applicationThe cured !lm has 2 properties, Floor Sealer & Dust Proo!ng and Concrete Curing Membrane.
