Hello and welcome to the 2011 Task presentation game show! Today we have a variety of figures asking our student a few

questions.

Q when do I use evaluation? A I use evaluation whenever I get asked a

question. Q why do I use evaluation? A I use evaluation so I can make things

more clear. Q How do I make stuff make sense. A I make stuff make sense by using

evaluation and decision making.

What is your essential Question?

My essential question is “From confusion to clarity. How will evaluation help.”

What did you learn about evaluation this term?

I learnt that I use evaluation whenever I get asked a question. I learnt that I evaluate

whenever I do something good or bad. I also evaluate when we need to make a decision. E.g. should I have chicken or beef for dinner. I learnt that a lot of things don’t make sense but if you

use evaluation it makes a lot more sense.

Where did you start?

I started off by thinking that this was all a load of trash. I didn’t understand anything about

evaluation so I switched off. Then Miss Tahu started to explain what evaluation is all about and

all of a sudden it all clicked and I understood everything. Miss Tahu also made it easier by telling us that we evaluate whenever we get

asked a question.

Where are you now?

I now understand everything about evaluation and decision making. I have learnt a lot over the past

term. I started off by not knowing a thing but now I know a lot.

What’s changed your opinion of evaluation?

My opinion has changed from not knowing a thing and not being interested to know what it all means

and I am interested in evaluation probably because I know what it is and what it means.

Has anything improved?

Yes. Because now I know what evaluation has got to do with everyday to day life. Yes again because

now I can work in a group better than before.

How did you do it and how did you get there?

I did it by thinking about myself and thinking about evaluation and making connections. I got there by

the help of my teacher and of course my epic mind
