Our History
• Callaway & Price, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Robert J. Callaway and Joe R. Price.
• Our firm is managed by five principals in four offices located throughout Florida who have over 125 years
combined real estate appraising and consulting experience.
• We are fully staffed with: Over 25 state-certified appraisers, as well as designated MAIs, MRICs, CREs, SRAs
and support staff. This means we have the resources in-house to provide clients quality reports
and outstanding service.
• Our clients include some of the largest public and
private entities in the United States, financial institutions,
attorneys, insurance companies, government agencies,
corporations, accounting firms, real estate developers,
and mortgage companies.
• Callaway & Price is one of the most respected real estate
appraising and consulting firms in the industry. Our work
is done in accordance with the Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Appraisal
Institute Code of Ethics and Florida Appraisal Law.
