Dear Parents,
Very shortly, access from Grafton Road will be open for daily use and will alleviate a lot of the traffic congestion on Capel Road. In preparation for the opening of this access road, I wanted to show you the traffic flow pattern that we would like parents to follow to provide smooth pick-ups and drop-offs.
Opening the new middle school was the highlight of my career but opening this road will be the icing on the cake. Providing a safe alternate route in and out of this beautiful complex will certainly add to the campus feel and overall safety of our students and parents. Please remember that the access road will be a 15 miles per hour speed zone for the safety of our students and parents.
I will send out a phone blast with final word on the exact day that the road will open.

Most parents have been entering here, going to the turnaround directly in front of the middle school and exiting the same way. This is still the recommended route for anyone from Capel or Durkee Road. Parents can still line up here after school just as you have been doing. There is no change to this side of the parking area except that there should be less people waiting after school.
Parents from Grafton Road will enter the middle school complex here(A), turn right into the traffic circle, drop off/pick up, and then on to your final destination. Area (B) is the area where East and Westbound traffic will meet. Please be courteous and allow cars to turn into the circle.
