FUNCTIONS
1- POLLINATION:is the process by which pollen is moved from THE STAMEN OF oneflower to THE PISTIL OF another (CROSS POLINATION)
POLLEN CAN BE CARRIED BY INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS, WIND OR WATER
2- FERTILISATION:IS THE PROCESS IN WHICH POLLEN AND AN OVULE ARE JOINED INTO THE OVARY.After fertilisation, the ovule develops into a seed. The seed IS TRANSFORMED INTO A fruit.
3- GERMINATION:When conditions OF THE GROUND are appropriate, the seed begins to grow into a new plant.
