FLOWGROUT 60 (M)ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH, FREE FLOWING,

NON-SHRINK CEMENTITIOUS GROUT

Benefits

Prepacked, factory controlled consistent material needing only addition of water

Shrinkage offset by expansion & ensures retained original volume

Free flowing, self levelling grout

Easy placement and filling of underbases of machinery

Non metallic and chloride free.

Holds up to industrial machinery vibration & impact.

Extended work time for easy placement.

Excellent adhesion to concrete and steel.

Non staining.

Contains no calcium chloride additives so there can be no rusting or staining of

metal contacts or reinforcement.

Uses

FLOWGROUT 60 (M) is used in Bolt pockets and base plate grouting of all

equipment, Crane, stanchion bases and all types of machinery with

dynamic load.

Description

FLOWGROUT 60 (M) is a single pack, ultra high strength, free flowing,

non-shrink grout. FLOWGROUT 60 (M) is a blend of specially processed

cement and special fillers, free from corrosive substances and additives.

FLOWGROUT 60 (M) is supplied as ready to use grout requiring addition of

precise quantity of water at site (3.750 to 4 Litre/25 Kg Grout).

FLOWGROUT 60 (M) is suitable for gap widths between 10mm - 50mm.

For width less than 10mm FLOWGROUT 60 (M) resin grout can be used

(see separate data sheet for more information) for thickness in excess of

50mm.

Properties

The water needs to be precisely measured and 25 Kg of FLOWGROUT 60

(M) will require 3.750 litre for pourable consistency (W/P-0.15) and 4 litres

for flowable consistency (W/P - 0.16).

Yield Per 25 kg : 12.5 lit. approx

Pourable Life : 20 minutes

Application Temp : 10ºC to 40ºC

Expansion (% Vol) : 0.8 to 1.5%.

Flow : 17 to 22 cm on flow table. Flow tested

(as per BS : 4551 Part-12, 1980) -

315% at flow consistency.

Density : 1800 kg/m³

Typical Strength Development

Compressive strength : Average strength (Kg/cm²) at flowable and

pourable consistency tested as per BS 1881 : Part 116, 1983.
