Lean Educator Conference 2017 Learning Lean / Lean Learning We are delighted to invite you to the fourth European Lean Educator Conference (ELEC 2017), 8-9 November 2017 at HAN University of Applied Sciences, Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The theme of the conference is Learning Lean / Lean Learning, based on the perspective that the main focus of the lean educator should be on the learning process of his/her customer (student, employee, team or organization). Conference theme How to enhance the effect of educating lean? This is the key question which will be addressed by a number of keynote speakers and presen- ters in parallel sessions, workshops and panel discussions. A careful choice of the content and the way of teaching is needed in order to maximize customer value and to minimize the learning waste.
