B. Rifle Diemaco C7
The Diemaco C7 exercisestarts with a sightingpractice of 6 rounds in 30seconds at distances ofconsequently 100 meter,200 meter and 300 meter.The counting exercise startswith :
Practice 1: standing 10 rounds in 35 seconds at 1 targetat 100 meter.
Practice 2 is sitting 2 x 4rounds in 35 seconds at 1target at 100 meter.
Practice 3 is kneeling 2 x4 rounds in 8 times 3seconds at 1 target at 200 meter.
Practice 4 is in prone position 2 x 4 rounds in 8 times 3seconds at 1 target at 300 meter.
C. Rifle FAL
The Fal exercise is the same as the Diemaco C7exercise.
NOTE : In the booklet which you receive at theregistration, you will find the extensive version of the threeshooting exercises
During the day you have the possibility to shoot in avirtual combat at the small arms trainer, which is
located in the army camp.A shuttle-bus service willrun constantly during theday. This experience is nota part of the competition,although a special price isavailable

The " Netherlands International Shooting Competitionfor Reserves " will take place during the weekend of11

thof October 2013 and will be organized by
the Reservists Shooting Committee (RSC) of theNetherlands Armed Forces Federation of Reservists
(NRFK).
The NRFK is a co-operation of the associations forreserves KVNRO and AVRM.
This competition has the official approval of theCommander-in-Chief of the Netherlands Army Forces.
NISC is the Dutch contribution to the International MilitaryShooting Competitions within NATO and partner-states.

A. Pistol Glock 17
The Glock exercise starts with asighting practice of 5 roundsstanding in 30 seconds.
Practices 1 to 3 are countingpractices.
Practice 1 is 10 rounds in the proneposition in 20 secs on 1 target.
Practice 2 is 10 rounds kneelingin 20 seconds on 1 target.
Practice 3 is standing 2x5 roundsin 30 seconds on 1 target,consisting of centric circles withpoints.
All these practices are at a distance of 25 meters.
