Which Serta products are included in the event?
Consumers qualify to receive a set of luxurious Tencel sheets by purchasing one of the following premium Serta mattress and foundation sets:

iComfort sheets are the perfect complement to your new iComfort mattress! These sheets are made with extremely soft and breathable TENCEL® material, designed to help improve heat and moisture flow. Plus, iComfort sheets are made to securely fit mattress heights up to 16 inches, even when used with a Serta Adjustable Foundation. Each set contains one flat sheet, one fitted sheet and two pillowcases. Available in Queen, King and Cal King sizes. Available in Mocha Solid and White Dots.
What has to happen for the customer to get a set of sheets?
Here are the steps:
1. Customer makes purchase. Store provides Customer a voucher explaining how to go about getting their sheet set (see voucher, right). Stores will be sent vouchers to be given customers at time of sale.

2. Record of qualifying sale.At the conclusion of the event, each participating retailer must provide to FMG a listing of all Consumers that have made a qualifying purchase during the event.
This simple spreadsheet requires a modest amount of information--name, address, phone, retailer, branch, date and items purchased.

3. The fulfilment processor will mail the requested set of sheets directly to the customer.
FMG will notify retailer by updating the Serta Tencel Worksheet that the sheet set voucher has been processed and sheets have been sent to the customer.

POP are being produced for members to use. FMG will not be printing these materials.

Suggested information for use in any advertising your store might produce.
Receive sheets by mail-in rebate. Customers will receive a voucher for a set of Tencel sheets upon completion of the sale. The voucher is to be completed by the consumer by mail Customer will choose from among the size and color options offered at that time. Offer valid for purchases made between June 4, 2015 and June 23, 2015 only. Only one sheet set may be selected per voucher. Following receipt of the properly completed voucher, the processor will mail sheet set directly to the consumer in 4 to 6 weeks. In case of a return or cancellation, the value of the sheet set ($99) will be deducted from any refund. Certificates are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances. Voucher must submitted on or before October 1, 2015.
