This event is exclusively for FMG member retailers that carry Simmons Beautyrest mattresses and foundations.

Which Beautyrest products are included in the event and what will consumers receive?

Consumers qualify for a Fitbit Flex by purchasing one of the following Simmons Beautyrest mattress and foundation sets:

Point of Sale Flyer

Each store will be sent flyers for this event which should be made available to sales associates and consumers.

The flyer details the qualifying items that must be purchased in order for a customer to receive the Fitbit Flex.

The flyer clearly states the dates of the event. The event is for customers making a qualifying purchase between December 26, 2015 and January 13, 2016.

Reminder: This offer is only available to FMG members. Other Simmons Beautyrest dealers in your trading area will not be making this offer.

What has to happen for the customer to get their Fitbit?

Here are the steps(continued):

1. Customer makes purchase. Store provides Customer a flyer explaining how to go about getting their Fitbit. (see back of flyer, right). Stores will receive flyers to be given customers at time of sale. If, for any reason, flyers are not available, it is possible to go to the Current News page at www.fmgbuyinggroup.com (password required) or www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/currentnews.aspx (no password needed) to download and print a copy of the flyer which can be given to the customer.

What has to happen for the customer to get their Fitbit?

2. Record of qualifying sale.At the conclusion of the event, each participating retailer must provide to FMG a listing of all Customers that have made a qualifying purchase during the event.This simple spreadsheet requires a modest amount of information--name, address, phone, retailer, branch, date and items purchased.

What has to happen for the customer to get the Fitbit Flex?

3. Upon completion of sale (purchased items are delivered to the customer) store is to notify FMG using the Dealer Worksheet (see prior page) that the Customer should be sent a voucher. FMG will notify Capitol Marketing that the voucher is to be released to the Customer.

Dealer Worksheets must submitted by retailer to FMG on or before May 1, 2016.

What has to happen for the customer to get the Fitbit Flex?

4. Customer receives the voucher from Capitol Marketing. The voucher can be completed in writing and returned to Capitol Marketing by mail OR completed on-line by visiting ww.selectgiftwithpurchase.comand entering the voucher number.

What about the Look Out World Extreme Vacation?

Potential customers will also have the opportunity to enter to win the extreme trip of a lifetime. To follow along with the theme Look Out World, FMG arranged four trip options that can be won by one lucky winner online. Consumers will visit www.fmgpromo.com, enter in the necessary information and be registered to win one of the extremely amazing trips!

This campaign will also be supported by a Netsertive Google Ad-word search and display campaign. On their landing pages, that will be residing on your company’s website, potential customers will have the opportunity to register, as well!

How is the event being supported?

Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been designed for all FMG stores. The banners are designed to accommodate grommets so that they can be used on X-stands, mounted to a wall, or hung from the ceiling. Each store will be responsible to have flyers available for customers that purchase a qualifying product between December 26, 2015 and January 13, 2016. Flyers are being sent to stores in advance of the event. A .pdf of the flyer will be available at www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/currentnews.aspx and may be downloaded by stores as needed.

Suggested information for use in any advertising your store might produce.

Receive Fitbit voucher number by mail. Customers will receive a voucher for a Fitbit from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. The voucher is to be completed by the consumer either by mail or on-line. Offer valid for purchases made between December 26, 2015 and January 13, 2016 at participating dealers only. Only one Fitbit bracelet per voucher. Upon receipt of the completed voucher, Capitol Marketing/Meridian will process the request and mail the Fitbit directly to the purchasing consumer in 2 to 4 weeks. In case of a return or cancellation, the value of the Fitbit will be deducted from any refund. The Fitbits are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances. Fitbits will only be mailed to the original purchaser. Voucher REQUEST must submitted by retailer to FMG/Capitol Marketing on or before May 1, 2016. All taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the redemption. Prior sales excluded.
