Dear FRG’s: We as DFMWR Entertainment/ Special Events would like to extend the invitation to you for your participation in this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration on September 17, 2010 from 6-11pm at Abrams gym. The participation requirements go as follows:
Each FRG will be provided a table and a few chairs and 4-110 outlets.
Only three groups will be chosen for this event, each group must serve some sort of Hispanic food.
All revenues from the day of the event will be the profit of your
company In order to participate, the following items must be completed by 4pm on September 1
Please read carefully the preventive medicine general provision and supervision packets. Fill out a preventive medicine application and meet all of their requirements.
Submit a memorandum, which cannot be an on letterhead and cannot be signed by the commander requesting a fundraiser at Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration. Along with a copy of all food handling certificates and good booth permit. Submit these to Debbie Wiles at [email protected]
