Sir, am directed to refer to Government of Uttarakhand's letter No.

1177/X-1-2017-03(35)/2001 dated 23.05.2017 and Department of Personnel & Training's Communication No. 36(4)/5/2017-EO-MM(CVO) dated 26.12.2017 (copy enclosed).

2. It is inform that the appointment committee of the cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Vinod Kumar, IFoS (UK:1987) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCl), Delhi under Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, with pay at level 14(Rs. 1,44,200 - 2,18,200/-) of the pay matrix, for an initial period of 03 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

3. It is request to relieve Shri Vinod Kumar, IFS (UK: 1987) with orders to take up his new assignment under the Ministry of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCl).
