The objective of the thermal insulation is to reduce CO2 emissions in the atmosphere; carbon dioxide emissions is due to the combustion processes developed during the production of energy necessary for heating or cooling our houses.To achieve this goal, it is necessary to "build well" reducing heat loss and energy consumption, eliminating thermal bridges to avoid the formation of condensation and mold growing with the consequent improvement of living comfort.

THE FILLERS3M ™ Glass Bubbles are hollow glass microspheres with high strength, low density, made from soda-lime borosilicate glass. They are non-porous, chemically stable and resistant. Added to building materials, 3M GLASS BUBBLES give them:

Ideal for dehumidification, buidingredevelopment and thermal insulation of internal and external walls subject to capillary rising damp.

The new system guarantees excellent performance of thermal insulation and restoration of surfaces, both internal and external, subject to rising damp. Thanks to the use of expanded polystyrene beads, it is possible to reduce thermal bridges and reduce energy consumption. The system guarantees excellent results thanks to the use of expanded polystyrene beads (non-toxic, CFCs and HCFCs free), which avoid the formation of mould and condensation.

Application cycleThe surfaces must be sound, strong, planar, free of dust and loose parts. Position the basic profile well levelled and the first row of panels. Apply the adhesive on the panel and - after drying - proceed with the positioning of dowels; then continue with the application of the smoother with the net, the primer and the finish.
