Upcoming Mission Work
West Nigeria —July 30-August 18 Jay Beckloff will be meeting with student preachers
at the West Nigeria Christian College & School of
Biblical Studies to follow-up with their work. He will
visit different congregations that we support, as well
as speaking at their lectureship. His topic will be
“The Crucified Christian Avoids Sectarianism”.
During his visit, Jay will also be meeting with the
school board, of which he is a member.
Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine—July 29-August 12
Our brothers and sisters in Ukraine have experienced
very difficult times this past year due to the ongoing
conflict. Church buildings in the eastern region have
been seized, members have been displaced, and
the economy has been stressed, creating struggle and
uncertainty. This week Steve Carter, Kathy Caton,
Greg Ziegler, and Dennis Cherry will be traveling to
Dnepropetrovsk to support and encourage the Kirova
church as they minister to a community that desper-
ately needs Jesus. Please pray that the light of Christ
will shine through this missionary team.
Please be praying for the safety and work of those traveling.

Heartfelt Friends What is a Heart Sister? A Heart Sister is a Christian wife and/or mother, a single mom, or a single young woman. It is a stage not an age! Sisters are still at the stage of life where they are, or could be, bearing, caring for and raising children. Heart Sisters agree to commit to a Heart Group for a season (9 months) to learn and grow in their faith, and build a support system with other women. They are the guests of honor at a Heart Mom’s home to enjoy hospitality, good food, friendship, fellowship, and Bible study.
Our Heart groups are ready to go! Sign-ups are open until August 5. Forms are posted on the slat boards in each foyer. Place in the black drop boxes in the North Foyer or the South Foyer in the Worship Center.
For questions or information, please see Laurie Armstrong, Kim Bradley, Kathy Cherry, Carolyn Hook, Sherri McReynolds, or Lisa Ziegler.
Hope you will join us!!
