There are Guidelines with Statistical Information for when a future employee has a Criminal Record. The basic stats are blatant that if people can’t get a job they now can’t depend on benefits which are the worst in the EU and so have to take to criminal activity to survive and that includes their family as well. How supermarkets can complain about the rise in shop lifting when they won’t even pay the staff a wage and abuse the apprenticeship system which has been advised by the CONservative Party. How else did everyone get up one morning and know how to abuse the system! Quarterly stats are produced nationally and locally for example per county. They give breakdown of crime per socio group. You also get breakdown of ethnic groups and the percentages employed. This can easily be done by every corporation. I must make this clear if people are applying and they don’t meet the standard or need training in the common core areas then employers and Gove need to work together to get the right information to these people so that they can enhance there skills that’s one point. We need diversity but not at the cost of standards. You break down what is needed per socio group and you recruit to those percentages. You still have one standard. Again by research and accommodating all points we can all agree on a system and policy and procedure that works nationally. Do not ask Corporations and the CBI who seem to be clueless knowing what is right from wrong. You’re best asking from regions of the Manufacturing Industry and such sectors that have their feet

firmly on the ground. We can have a National Testing System that incorporates shapes and colours and sequences we understand that this is the most effective testing system and proven. All this can be performed
