WP1 Objectives: Prepare the ground for the product and service development.

Task 1 The NWCAHSN will collaborate with partners across four pilot sites to develop a clear joint methodology for case finding to deliver a consistency in user involvement.

Task 2 Initial case finding starts with the identification of the archetypical end-users of the project products in each pilot region (Surveys and Focus Groups).

Task 3 Case findings in the pilot sites will be synthesized into a joint need assessment report by the task leader.

Task 4 : Status quo analysis on the current care service models and regulatory framework opportunities for a European wide scalability.
