Food Combination is talking about how the combination of culture, design, steps, ingredients or cuisines will affecting the food quality and the appearance. But we can found food like Char Kuey Teow, this aunty might selling fried Kuey Teow with duck egg, the uncle might selling fried Keuy Teow with bean sprout and the couple might selling penang style Kuey Teow with clam. The reason of having various cooking pattern from the same dish is because they have different culture and background and also they might have their own recipe to make the dish different from others. Back to the combination of ingredients, maybe the local doesn’t like the fried Kuey Teow with duck egg and they usually look for the Kuey Teow with bean sprout and this comes out how the importance of having a perfect and appropriate food combination which suit the local taste.
